Shipping

Shining Light Crafts, LLC uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping.  Our website is set up to ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii & military APO/FPO addresses.  For locations outside the USA, please email us for availability and shipping rates.

USPS Mailing Options for the USA & APO/FPO addresses:

Estimated delivery times.  Terms may change.

First Class:  1-3 business days.  Up to 13 ounces.  No insurance.

Priority Mail:  1-3 business days.  Up to $50 insurance.

Priority Mail Express:  Overnight to 2 days.  Up to $100 insurance.

If mailing First Class and you would like to add insurance to your order, please email us prior to placing your order.

Payment

Shining Light Crafts, LLC accepts PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Taxes

Shining Light Crafts, LLC will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Late, or Damaged Packages

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any late or damaged items and Shining Light Crafts, LLC must have a claim completed with the carrier before you can be refunded or before a replacement can be shipped. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for placing a new order.

Lost Packages

If you do not receive your package you must notify us within twenty-one days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the USPS.  Replacement products will not be sent until USPS completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product(s) to be shipped. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country’s time requirement that has been set forth. These are the policies of USPS and not of Shining Light Crafts, LLC.  Shining Light Crafts, LLC does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.

Shining Light Crafts, LLC will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.
