We at Shining Light Crafts, LLC stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we allow returns for exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original undamaged packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of use, wear, or damage will be allowed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you if needed.

A refund or exchange will not be considered until Shining Light Crafts, LLC has received the return of items to be considered. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For International orders, all custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
Once the return arrives at Shining Light Crafts, LLC it will take approximately 1-2 business days for the return to be entered into our system. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank this can take as long as 10 business days to be credited to your account. If your return is denied for any reason a customer service representative will contact you.
After your refund or exchange is issued, some products returned to us may be donated to charity on the discretion of Shining Light Crafts, LLC.
